The 2023 Annual Meeting was held in person on Sunday October 29, 2023.  Thank you for attending.  The Meeting Minutes are at the Information tab.

The 2024 Annual Meeting is tentatively planned for October 27, 2024.

2024 association dues will be $680.  The dues may be paid in up to three equal installments due Feb 1, March 1, and April 1.  Late fees will be imposed on any payment past due at the end of the month it is due. 

Please remember that you must be current on your dues in order to utilize the neighborhood facilities. 

If you need a pool key card, please contact our Community Manager. Please note that if you lose your card, $50 will be added to your account.  If your card becomes inactive, your card will be swapped out for no cost.  New residents of St. John's Park will receive their initial pool key card at no cost but it must be requested from Kristie.
